Cllr Sam Hartley¹⁾ has not attended many council meetings, and doesn't have a cllr Facebook page.

What has he been doing since his election? We don't know either! Don't worry, though, we've abolished most of our meetings (so we can play games on our new laptops), so Im sure by the time we can next be bothered to have a council meeting, Sam will have loads to report for us.
