Cllr Richard Mault¹⁾²⁾ attends most full council meetings but doesn't say much.

Apparently he did four weeks of work to attempt to keep SotE from splitting up, but it doesn't seem to have worked.³⁾

cllr Richard Mault is reluctant to answer whether he is part of a “party”⁴⁾. Maybe he's just a lesser member?
